1992 Toyota Hiace 4x4 pop-top reimo diesel campervan in Brackendale, BC

Hello, This is just a shot in the dark. I recently purchased this Toyota Hiace Camper through the auctions in Japan, but because of a change in work, my situation for owning this van has changed. It is currently on a boat here from Tokyo, and I would like to find a new owner that would like to have a Diesel 4x4 camper ( and get Toyota quality and reliability instead of comparable VW westys'. Anyway, here is the list of information I have on the van right now. I have estimated that with my purchase cost, shipping, taxes and duties getting to Vancouver and off the boat / this price is what I will need to recover all of my costs.
I am open to getting all the importing work completed and ready for a new buyer, but easier to sell it before paying BC HST twice ( registering it under my name, then selling and paying the taxes again)
If you would like to buy this van, please let me know. Compared to others on the market, I think its a great deal!
This is what I was given by the purchaser in Japan, I do not know what is "inside" the van, but as it was registered in Japan as a Camper, I was told it must have a sink, fridge , and stove ( could be removed ) but nothing was listed n the auction report. Looking through the window you can tell that there is equipt. in the back of the van!- so I imagine its all inside there!
If you google search the reimo hiace pop top you can see the usual layout - Regardless I felt that compared to the $18000.00 the stealerships are charging here I could do alot of interior modifications with the extra $$ if I needed to add anything! ( stoves, fridges, ect are all over ebay for campers/rv's..and quite cheap)
--- AGAIN since this van has never been in Canada it will need to pass through the provincial inspections for proper tires, headlights, reflectors, and safety checks.. I would imagine that this should cost $1000 or so- headlights are the cheap ones @ canadian Tire standard rectangular. Tires may need changed to DOT, and all that it should need are daytime running light module $40 at Can.Tire and an hour to install, ..
